1 Roast - miscellaneous cut of 3 to 4 lbs
20 lbs ground beef in 1 lb packages
3 of the 1 lb ground beef patty packages (4 quarter lb patties per package)
 
1 whole cow made 12 of these boxes. This is the only whole have split like this for the summer.
