$2500 total with a $500 deposit. Pay $500 Today and $2000 the day your beef is delivered.
Will be ready mid July
 
Includes approximately 200-250 lbs of meat. 100 lbs of hamburger. 50 lbs of steaks and stew meat. 50 lbs of roast.
 
Please let us know if you want to give the butcher special cut instructions.
 
 
Grassfed and Grain Finished beef. This means the Steers will have open access to pasture while we supplement with grain. This gives a great unique taste of grassfed beef but still has the tenderness and marbling of the steaks you're used to eating at steakhouses! We personally do not like pure grassfed beef because of the overpowering taste and leanness on the steaks. The steaks usually grade upper Choice to Prime.
 
No added hormones, No steroids, No antibiotics, NON MRNA Vaccinated, Dry Aged 21Days.

Expected Springfield delivery date September 16  2025
We will be meeting at the Springfield Walmart Parking lot on Independance.
We can also meet anywhere between Norwood and Springfield that day.
 
Lebanon Delivery date September 18 2025
