Includes approximately 400-500lbs Total. 200 lbs of hamburger, 100 lbs of steaks and 100 pounds of roast.

Grassfed and Grain Finished beef. This means the Steers will have open access to pasture while we supplement with grain. This gives a great unique taste of grassfed beef but still has the tenderness and marbling of the steaks you're used to eating at steakhouses! We personally do not like pure grassfed beef because of the overpowering taste and leanness on the steaks. The steaks usually grade upper choice.
